Treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over. We require proof of age if necessary.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and medical information will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which can be provided upon request.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged in full.

A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
